Changelog

What just shipped at BidVigil.

A reverse-chronological log of the BidVigil pilot ledger — the addenda-aware scoring model, the bonding-line signal, the morning and weekly digests, and the one-page PDF export of every decided bid. Newest first. Source of truth: content/changelog.json.

  1. Friday 4 PM addenda are rescored on the day they post.

Every bid is rescored the moment a new addendum or drawing revision lands — including Friday-afternoon addenda that previously slipped to Monday morning. The pilot digest lands Monday already updated, with the addenda-to-spec ratio behind each number.

  2. Morning digest now carries the addenda-diff and bonding-line reset.

The Monday morning digest now opens with the prior week's rescored bids, the addenda that drove each re-score, and the bonding-line reset the PM needs to read first. One page, in the order a pilot PM turns to it.

  3. Surety2000 and NAV SurePath pulls are wired into the bonding-line signal.

Bonding capacity is now a hard signal, not a soft one. BidVigil reads the live single-job and aggregate line from the surety at scoring time, and any posting that would push the firm past the available line is downgraded before the PM ever sees it.

  4. PM sign-off capture with override reason is live on the scorecard.

Every scored bid now resolves to a PM sign-off — go, no-go, or override-with-reason. The override reason feeds back into next quarter's weighting so the model learns the firm's actual read, not the agent's read of the firm.

  5. Weekly digest now ships a Friday round-up of pilot reads.

Every Friday the pilot digest lands with a one-page read-out for the week — the rescored bids, the addenda-diff behind each re-score, and the no-bid reasons the PMs captured. Same format as the morning digest, scoped to the prior five trading days.

  6. PlanetBids, Dodge and ConstructConnect are in scope for the Q3 cohort.

Public municipal and K-12 postings, PlanetBids and ConstructConnect are now wired into the watchlist. Pilot firms pick the three to five boards that match their actual bid runway; BidVigil does not turn on coverage the firm will not use.

  7. RFP deadline reminders ship two business days before bid day.

Every bid in the watchlist now gets a two-business-day reminder with the current addenda diff and the rescored probability at that moment. The reminder goes to the PM who holds the sign-off, not the firm-wide inbox.

  8. Decided-bid PDF export is live on the scorecard.

Every decided bid — won, lost, no-bid — now exports to a one-page PDF with the scorecard, the addenda diff and the PM's override reason. Pilot firms use it for the post-bid review and the quarterly weigh-back.

  9. Addenda Monitor MVP is operational end-to-end.

The superseding-revision detector — supersede-aware scoring, PM sign-off and addenda-to-spec ratio — has shipped and run against a live posting. Pilot reads now update on the same day an addendum posts, not the next morning.

  10. Watchlist-tuning pillar is the first onboarding-week deliverable.

Pilot firms now onboard in two weeks: week one is the watchlist — prequalifications, CSI trades, geographic radius, bonding-line pull — and week two is shadow scoring on the prior quarter. The agent goes live against the watchlist the firm configured.
